LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Warranty. Strother Archery Inc., a Michigan corporation (“Strother”) warrants to the original end-user retail purchaser from an authorized Strother dealer that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will substantially conform to the specifications and descriptions in the User Manual for the lifetime of the product after the date of original retail purchase, as supported by a dated receipt (the “Warranty Period”).

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or from other jurisdiction to other jurisdiction. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above Warranty Period may not apply to you.
Registration. Each Strother bow will need to be registered within 30 days of purchase. A warranty card will be included with every bow, it will need to be filled out and sent in with a copy of the original sales receipt. Strother Archery also offers online registration at www.strotherarchery.com. If product is registered after 30 day registration period, limited lifetime warranty may not apply.

Exclusions and Limitations. This warranty does not cover any failure of the product due to tampering, abuse, wear and tear in excess of that expected from normal consumer use, improper setup, failure to maintain as recommended, or exposure to moisture/heat. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair, commercial use, and/or alteration or removal of any serial number each will void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover certain items included with the bow due to longevity of the material. These items include the strings/cables, cable slide, bearings, camouflage, paint finish, cable rod, grip and all vibration dampening included with bow.
